Costa Madero Resort

The rooms were lovely, with all the amenities and very comfortable beds. It’s a family-owned resort with a quiet, relaxing feel, but the beach is only half a block away if you want a little more action. The owners and staff were professional and efficient, and they really went out of their way to make our stay good. Wendy, usually at the front, was very knowledgeable and helpful, and speaks fluent English.

We’re already looking forward to coming back next year. Wendy was always helpful, and I really appreciate her helping secure our reservations for then. The rooms are well kept and the housekeeping was excellent. We loved sitting on our deck in the peace and quiet, surrounded by beautiful palm trees. Thanks to Miguel & family for making us feel so welcome.

Our three weeks at Costa Madero in Los Ayala went smoothly and were very relaxing. The staff were pleasant and accommodating, and the rooms and pool area were clean and comfortable. It’s a well-managed, well-maintained hotel. Many thanks to Miguel and Wendy. Hope to see you again next year!

There are plenty of places within walking distance for food and entertainment, including beach spots with live bands where you can dance. Dancing in the sand can be a bit tricky, but you’ll manage. Laundry is easy too, with a couple of places nearby that wash, dry, and fold your clothes for pickup within a few hours or the next day. It costs so little that you don’t really need to pack extra clothes. The hotel accommodations are great, and the staff are awesome. We cooked for ourselves, and the kitchen equipment provided was more than enough. Our stay was A1, and we’ve already booked again for next year.
