Holiday Inn Club Vacations The Royal Cancun All In

Two things really stood out: the peaceful feel of a quieter resort, and the fact that this company also lets you use The Royal Sands. There's a shuttle between the two properties, about a 20-minute ride. Alfredo & Daniel were extremely helpful during our vacation. We had an excellent stay. The all-inclusive food options were delicious, and I definitely recommend the package. If you skip it, there are places to eat nearby. Ferries to isla mujeres are close, too. The staff were very friendly and welcoming.

We've stayed here twice, and for the money it's the best value I've found. It may not be the best overall, but the all-inclusive price is surprisingly affordable for what you get: two bedrooms, a living area, Murphy bed, kitchen, and a great ocean view. It also doesn't get too crowded, so finding somewhere to lay out is easy. Most guests seemed to be in their 70s and 80s, but I'd still highly recommend it for a big family with kids. My one complaint for management is that the restaurant staff could be friendlier. They can be stingy with water, and serving it is extremely slow.

I was here for work, but still got a little downtown time, and I'd come back for a vacation. The resort is gorgeous, well located, and has amazing views. It's immaculately clean everywhere, and the staff are friendly with exceptional customer service. The buffet was great, as was the view. Trattoria was incredible: the salad was the best I've ever had, and the drink, salmon, and ice cream wrapped in chocolate cake were all delicious. What a great place to stay.

Kayaking was a highlight for us. The staff patiently showed us what to do and kept our children safe. We also loved the beautiful, family-friendly beach, relaxed buffet right by the water, quiet evenings, seagulls, and swings beside the ocean. Our family had a fantastic stay at The Royal Cancun. The rooms were spacious, quiet, and spotless. Everyone was thoughtful and helpful, especially at check-in, and made sure we were comfortable and could sleep undisturbed. There were a few mosquitoes and a short Wi-Fi outage, but neither got in the way. We wished we could have stayed longer and would gladly return. Highly recommended for families with kids or seniors.
