If you're traveling by car, this place is great. Our flight landed at 01 am, and after immigration and picking up the car we arrived around 03 am. The fully automated entry made that easy. The rooms are spacious, clean, and practical. There’s a nice pool and breakfast onsite. It’s quiet because it’s far from the city, but you can drive into town in 10 minutes.

We couldn’t stay here at all. Check-in was supposedly available until 00:00, and we arrived only five minutes late. We’d been calling repeatedly since 23:00 without getting an answer. Nobody was there, and only then did we realize it was self check-in. No instructions had ever been sent. We kept trying to reach the host and got nowhere, so late at night we had to pay extra for a taxi and book somewhere else. The location was very poor too. It felt unsafe and was the worst neighborhood I encountered during my time in Mexico. The lack of communication was completely unacceptable, and the whole experience was stressful. I strongly advise people to avoid this property.

We booked this place at the last minute after a very long day and a scary evening. It took literally one hour from booking to arrival. The drive in was so dark that we felt a bit hesitant, but check-in went smoothly. Once we stepped in from the street, it felt like we'd found a hidden paradise. I’m so glad the emergency booking led us to this beautiful place. Everything about our stay was amazing. The coffee was dreamy and the staff were wonderful. Highly recommend it. I’ll be back with my family.

The check-in and check-out were easy if you're comfortable with technology, and the host replied quickly to messages. Dinner and breakfast were good, though you pay extra for them. The room was clean enough and comfortable, if a little cold. An airport taxi cost 550 pesos, so consider whether that changes the value compared with a proper airport hotel. It's a pretty random spot. You arrive expecting a friendly face at reception and instead find a row of QR codes. WhatsApp check-in might seem efficient, but it makes the place feel eerie and soulless. Maybe that's where things are headed. It works as a liminal stop between the airport and Cancun or Yucatan, but don't come expecting a personal touch.
