Casa Mallorca was quiet and charming, and getting a taxi or Uber was easy. The family was wonderful, the property was beautiful, and the room and bed were clean and comfortable. We stayed one night, my son and I, and enjoyed the food and coffee. Thanks for your kindness.

The owners were polite and very helpful, and the food was delicious. The nicest memory, though, is the 70-year-old man who was always smiling and shared freshly baked cookies and cake his wife had made. That made an already lovely boutique hotel stay feel special. We visited in 2023. The interior was great, the bathrooms very clean, and the sheets and towels smelled fresh. It was the best hotel experience of my life, and I wanted to write because the people here deserved it.

When my car broke down, I needed somewhere to stay while it was being repaired. The good reviews led me to try this hotel, and I found them accurate. It’s in a convenient part of Cancun, with plenty of restaurants and shops within an easy walk. This family-run business is well managed, and they take good care of guests. The WiFi was excellent, and there’s a cafe on the first floor. Miguel speaks English and helped me with several things during my stay.

The neighborhood is residential and not touristy, which suits me, and the beach is a quick 12-minute bus ride away for around $0.50 American. Diana and her family made me feel like a guest in their home. It’s a very nice family-owned hotel, and the rooms are exceptionally clean.

We were welcomed warmly and got recommendations for local food. Everyone we met was pleasant and helpful, and our room was clean with good WiFi and utilities. It’s a good value in a convenient downtown spot, not far from the airport.
