The grounds are beautiful, and the pool and beach are great. Everything else was good too, except the Air BNB was less than accommodating and the staff weren’t great. We didn’t have enough towels, and the beds were missing blankets. There was no early check in or late checkout, and they wouldn’t store our luggage while we went to get breakfast. On our last day, we wanted to enjoy the pool, but because we’d checked out from the Air BNB, they asked us to leave the grounds immediately.

Good location and nice views. We booked an Airbnb apartment, and the individual units can vary. The complex rules could be better.

The pool is great, and the people are very friendly. It’s quiet and not busy. You can’t really swim because of the weeds, but it’s okay. The restaurant is a bit of a walk, but the food is great and it’s on the beach.

The sea view was beautiful, and the apartment had everything we needed. The kitchen and dining room were really spacious and well equipped, and the rooms and bathrooms were very clean. The apartments are close to the hotel zone and shopping centers. I recommend staying here for the price and what they offer. I spent 5 days in Cancún last summer, and it was an amazing experience.
