The building looks nice, but that’s the only good thing I can say. My wife and I stayed for two nights and got a room without a balcony or an iron. They refused to move us or refund us. Communication was practically nonexistent, and everything had to go through Google Translate. The host’s descriptions seem fake, and the place was advertised as an apartment but was just a bare, closed room. A horrible experience. Avoid it.

The listing on Booking.com promised a balcony and kitchen, but when I arrived there was neither, no other amenities, and no private parking as advertised. The owner said I’d been given the wrong room and promised compensation, but it’s been over a month and nothing has been paid. I contacted him several times and he hasn’t bothered to respond. The place is tiny and shady, the listing is false, the Wi-Fi doesn’t work at all, and the owner is a scammer. Don’t book it. The owner claimed the refund was handled through the platform, which is a complete lie. I’ve tried repeatedly to get the refund from him and got no reply. Stop lying. I’ve added proof so he can’t scam more people.

There’s no in-person reception. A doorbell is answered whenever someone has time, and most of the communication happens on WhatsApp. We’d booked and paid for an apartment with a balcony, but were given an uncleaned room with a used condom on the floor. We notified the owner on WhatsApp and through Booking.com so there’d be a record. He immediately moved us to a clean room, but it still had no balcony. We left quickly because we were driving someone to the airport. The next morning we told him the room wasn’t what we’d booked. He said he’d see what he could do, then didn’t get back to us. When we followed up, he literally laughed at us, so we opened a dispute with Booking.com and kept the conversations. After looking into it, this wasn’t the first time it had happened.
