This was just what I needed.

Rosina kept checking in to see if everything was alright or if we needed anything, and the security staff were very attentive, including the pool guard. The apartment was a 10 out of 10, clean, well maintained, and we never had a single problem. We were absolutely delighted with our stay and would definitely come back.

After visiting Cancun five times, this was my first stay in an apartment, and I’ll definitely return. It felt safe, with security around the clock, and there’s a Soriana supermarket right across the street. For a chance to relax and disconnect, this is a great option. Rosina made the stay even better with her kindness, attentive care, and excellent service. Thanks so much for everything. See you again!

Renovations made it impossible to sleep because of the excessive noise from very early in the morning. We hadn’t been told about the work beforehand, so we asked for a discount, not the 50% discount we were accused of requesting. The only discount offered was $200 pesos. They also wanted to cancel the rental and leave us stuck, which felt like the usual move from unprofessional landlords who know finding somewhere else costs more and is difficult. This person seems to look for excuses to keep the deposit. The apartment needs maintenance, and the photos are outdated. Ants and cockroaches were a problem, the drains were clogged, and I don’t know how the roaches got in. The balcony doors were hard to open and the living room AC barely cooled the room. 🥵 The thought of cockroaches getting onto the bed is unpleasant. I wouldn’t stay there again.
