For what they charge, the experience was horrible. The bathroom smelled bad, and there were drainage issues with water backing up. The internet and phone signal were so poor that using mobile devices for work or entertainment was nearly impossible. Room service never came through completely. Most communication happens through a phone on the tiny staircase, and it rings whenever a guest arrives. That sound gets really annoying.

They entered my check-in and check-out dates incorrectly. I caught the mistake and tried to use the cancellation policy, which allows cancellation up to 48 hours before arrival, but they charged me a huge penalty, nearly the full room price. They also wouldn't refund the insurance I paid for, despite both the hotel and Expedia policies saying it was 100% refundable.

We had a reservation, but they wouldn't honor it, and reception service was terrible. I wouldn't recommend this place.

For the money, it works, and I’d recommend it. Prices are $400 for one room with a double bed and $550 for one with two double beds. My earlier stay was in a single room and it was quiet. On this visit we got two small shampoo packets without asking, and the rest was the same. This time, though, our two-bed room faced the street, so traffic noise came right through even with the windows shut. It has a TV, hot water, liquid soap by the sink and in the shower, a bath towel, toilet paper, and a fan. No shampoo, unless the soap counts, which I’m not sure about.
