Casa Inn Business Hotel Celaya

The room in our suite was a good size, and the city views were great. The hotel is reasonably affordable, with a decent breakfast selection. Staff eventually handled the noise from local football team guests, who woke us at 4:30am the first night. They came by the next night and kept things quiet, which we appreciated. Food service was a letdown. The waiter mixed up fish and chicken, brought the wrong food to people, and got drink orders wrong, even swapping rum for tequila. He was friendly and tried to fix things. Also, the train horn woke me several times, though not everyone heard it.

I spent a week here on vacation and visiting family, and the price was great for what we got. The pool was really nice, the restaurant food was delicious, and the staff couldn't have been friendlier. Most staff speak two languages. If you reach someone who doesn't, they quickly find a colleague to help with little trouble. I'd recommend it for touring, and I plan to stay here next year.

A family emergency brought us here for a few nights, and the team took care of our family. They helped with accommodation, transportation, and other needs, and I can’t thank them enough. The rooms were clean and big enough for a peaceful night’s rest. The price was fair, and both the restaurant food and service were good. My family and I are very glad we chose Casa Inn. Thanks to the management and all the hotel staff, mil gracias y que dios los bendiga a todos por ser muy serviciales y helpful. I’m a foreigner, and if I visit Celaya again, I’ll definitely stay here. I hope this review helps others. A thousand thanks.
