We left at dawn after waking up covered in bed bug bites. The beds had bed bugs, and there were enormous cockroaches. Since we’d already paid for two nights, we fumigated the room ourselves just to get through the night. This was the most horrible hotel experience I’ve ever had, so don’t ruin your vacation here. The person in charge acted as if she knew nothing and was a victim of everything that went wrong, though cleanliness and service were her responsibility. There was no accountability or professionalism. I also don’t understand how Expedia can advertise the place with misleading photos and information. And there’s no internet service.
