Brick Hotel - Small Luxury Hotels of the World

We brought five couples together to celebrate a birthday, and we all thought the property was amazing. Miguel, the concierge, arranged airport transfers for us, and the staff were consistently quick and courteous. The restaurant looks beautiful, and the indoor spaces feel warm and welcoming. Our standard guest rooms were clean and well appointed, even if they're about the usual size for a city center. The Brick Hotel could be my favorite hotel ever. Highly recommend!

The staff were lovely and very helpful, and the location in Roma Norte is fabulous. It isn't Four Seasons level five-star luxury, but for a boutique hotel at this price, it's excellent.

The building is attractive, and the location is excellent. The service, though, felt impersonal and was poor. They forgot to organize our airport transfer, leaving us waiting at the terminal. The main problem was the lack of proper windows in the rooms. We were told ours faced a courtyard, but there was only a small window onto an interior corridor and no natural light. They said the hotel was full and couldn't switch our room, although the place seemed almost empty.

We spent a week at Hotel Brick, and the room was comfortable. The included breakfast was amazing, and every staff member we dealt with was friendly and attentive. I really liked the decor and the location in Roma Norte. I enjoyed getting to practice my Spanish, though staff had no trouble communicating in English. I'd highly recommend staying here while visiting this beautiful, welcoming city.
