Francia and Alberto were kind and attentive, and the rooms were comfortable with spectacular beds. The view is excellent too. I just couldn’t work out how to get the water hot. Apart from that, everything was perfect.

The hotel is fine, but we didn’t like the service. They should let guests be more independent. We just wanted lodging, and the attempts to offer things without stating prices felt intrusive. If you pick a different way to get around or choose another activity, they question you. Getting around the area isn’t cheap in general. They’re the same owners as Jade, and they haven’t changed their ways in years. I hope they take this feedback into account.
