The house was quiet, and it's a lovely place to stay in Coyoacán. Rooms are rented out, with shops and coffee nearby. We communicated with the host over WhatsApp. I'd definitely stay here again.

Santa Catarina is a safe neighborhood for walking, and Coyoacán’s center is an easy stroll away. There are also good places nearby for breakfast, lunch, or dinner, plus the Coyoacán Nurseries a few blocks away for a walk or run. The rooms are roomy and comfortable, with a lounge and dining area downstairs. Coffee, tea, cookies, and fruit are complimentary. The host is friendly and quick to respond. The place is right in the heart of Coyoacán.

The host was really attentive, and the room was clean and spacious. There are lovely areas to work or unwind, too. It’s just a short walk from the center of Coyoacan and Los Viveros. I loved staying here.

Villa Coyoacan will be my first choice when I’m back in Mexico City. The host took great care of me, and I was impressed by how much attention they put into the details without making the stay expensive.

It’s a converted house, and I didn’t feel the price was justified. Noise carries between the rooms, so you can hear other guests, including their music. They also charge $130 pesos to hold your luggage, although most places do that for free.
