The location in Condesa makes it easy to settle into a routine, with cafes, parks, and restaurants close by. It's walkable and felt safe, and I could grab a coffee, go for an evening stroll, or pick up food between meetings. I stayed at Nido Parque for work and had an incredible experience. The apartment gave me the convenience of a hotel along with the comfort of a fully furnished home. The units are modern, thoughtfully arranged, and functional, so they work for a few days or a few months. Reliable, strong Wi-Fi made remote work easy, and I could still enjoy Mexico City. The whole stay felt well managed, from check-in through day-to-day life. Everything seemed intentional, which helps when you're in a new city or relocating. Nido Parque is a great fit for corporate travelers, people moving, and digital nomads looking for a stylish, ready-to-use place. It takes a lot of the hassle out of moving or working remotely. I'd absolutely stay again.

The main headaches were noise and management. We were in room 111. On the first day, the safe and heater didn't work. The next day, neither the TV nor the stovetop worked. There were no stovetop instructions, and the TV instructions were outdated, as the man who rebooted it acknowledged. We eventually got those things sorted, but contacting someone with authority was difficult, and each problem took time and added frustration we didn't want on vacation. That morning, we also found the shower head loose and spraying water onto the shower ceiling. We didn't even bother raising it with management. On the second night we realized the room was less than 6 feet above the outdoor restaurant seating. Around 8 pm, a party of maybe 20 people got extremely loud. It kept getting worse, with quite a bit of screaming, and didn't die down until about 12:30 am. We couldn't fall asleep until around 1 and woke at 6, our usual time, so we lost a night of sleep. Management felt distant and hard to reach. The general manager covers several buildings, and each operations team has little authority and is only available from 6 pm to 9 am. For questions, you have to use another platform and scan a URL. Some responses seemed AI-generated, including an apology for our lost sleep. We found a direct email and wrote, but a day and a half later there was still no response. We know Nido Parque Mexico isn't a hotel, but that doesn't excuse absent, unresponsive management. A very frustrating stay. Avoid it if you want peace and quiet or timely help.

I spent 4.5 months at Nido, and it really felt like home. The area is lovely and green, with the park, streets, restaurants, and a fresh morning coffee and croissant all within easy reach. You're away from the busy city but still close to it. There are two restaurants downstairs with great food and teams. The units have what you need if you want to buy fresh ingredients from nearby vendors and cook, or just make coffee, pour a glass of wine, and sit on the rooftop. There's laundry on site and a great gym with a view and good airflow year round. I first booked two months with my little teacup poodle, then added another 2.5 months. We both loved it. The staff adored her, and she'd wag her tail whenever she saw one of them. A few things got worse during my second stretch, the last two months. At first, I gave the place 5 stars, but I dropped it to 4 after they brought in some corporate clients and the care seemed to decline. That's risky for a corporation, since corporate contracts can go away. Repairs started, the rooftop was closed for weeks, and using the gym became difficult and dusty. Common areas like the main floors, elevators, and rooftop weren't kept as clean as before. The heavily used washers weren't cleaned properly, leaving black bits stuck to clothes. Hangers were allowed to go to rooms, so by the end there were none for people who wanted to air-dry their clothes. The sheets were stained and not great quality. The towels were worse too, with holes, and many hand towels looked like larger towels cut down. The first team I encountered was amazing, but leadership needs to understand how full occupancy from corporate long-stay agreements affects other guests. I hope they improve, and pay attention to loyalty and what people expect for the prices they charge. Even with those issues, it's an inspirational place in a great area. There are lots of dogs around, so on weekends you hear plenty of barking in the mornings. Bring earplugs if that bothers you, or if you're not into those four-legged furies. One other snag: if you need help with a reservation, you have to go through an email system based in Argentina, so you can't just pick up the phone and talk to someone. I hope they read this and improve, because I really do think the place has potential. Enjoy your stay if this is where you're headed.

The floors are freezing, and the room itself is cold. There's a basic heater, but no control for the AC. For stays under seven days, they charge 10 USD to refresh the towels, and they only provide two. That feels genuinely unhygienic.

The kitchen has everything I need, and the location can't be beat. It feels like home, so I stay here every time I go to Mexico.
