Nima House made Christmas feel special, and the staff had so many thoughtful touches. Anastasia and Zaira helped us find vegetarian restaurants and make holiday reservations. They also made my birthday special with flowers and kept checking whether we needed anything. Raul helped with bags before our early flight, brought coffee and fruit for the airport, and called when he found my jacket so he could return it before we left. We even received small Christmas souvenirs. The hotel has just four rooms, each decorated differently, and I stayed in two of them. Both were a good size. The stairs are narrow and steep, which could be difficult for someone with disabilities. Breakfast and coffee are included and can be enjoyed in the cozy lobby, the comfortable terrace, or the pretty downstairs area with a velvet couch and tables where I liked working. There are honesty bars in several places. Rooms are cleaned twice a day, with nightly turndown, aromatherapy, tea, and little bedtime cookies. The room iPads have music and menus, and the Wi-Fi was strong everywhere. There’s a spa and gym down the street. I didn’t use the spa, but the gym facilities were great. It’s in a safe part of Roma Norte, close to lots of coffee shops and restaurants, including Panaderia Rosetta just down the street for pastries and sandwiches. It can be a little hard to find at first. The place felt warm and personal in a way I don’t often find at hotels. I’d absolutely return, and I’m grateful to the Nima House staff for such a memorable birthday and holiday.

The personal attention is what made our stay at Nima Local House Hotel so memorable. The team offered thoughtful restaurant suggestions and went out of their way to make my husband’s 31st birthday special. Diego and Ian were wonderfully welcoming, while Elizabeth and Alejandra kept everything spotless and inviting. Every exchange felt sincere and tailored to us. Breakfast on the terrace was a highlight, beautifully made and full of flavor. The stylish rooms, warm elegant feel, and cozy shared spaces made it feel more like staying in a lovely home than a hotel. We left with great memories and can’t wait to return. I’d recommend it to anyone visiting Mexico City.

The staff made us feel incredibly well looked after, and I’m grateful to them and to the place. On our first night, I mentioned we were heading out to Luche Libre. When we got back, there was a note in our room about the sport’s history, along with snacks and aromatherapy. That was one of many small gestures that stood out. I hope to come back!

We’ve stayed at Nima for the third time now, and it’s still our favorite spot in CDMX. The four rooms are spacious, beautiful, comfortable, quiet, and relaxing. It’s on a calm, tree-lined street with shops and restaurants nearby. Breakfast is made to order and outstanding. The staff are incredible, especially Carlos, Anastasia, and Zaira, who made our stay remarkable. The aromatherapy and tea service each night are lovely too. Can’t wait to return!

We stayed at Nima Hotel a few years ago, and I’ve been meaning to write this. The rooftop garden was especially lovely, and the hotel’s atmosphere, location, and staff were all superb. It’s a special treat and a great choice if you’re after an intimate, personalized hotel. I’d highly recommend it.
