Polanco felt incredibly safe and convenient, and the modern apartments were beautiful. The building also has great amenities, especially the indoor pool and gym. A truly luxurious stay, highly recommend it.

I lived here for a year and loved it. The service was very good, and everything else was great too.

The streets nearby are being worked on, and the traffic has become unbearable. There’s also a lot of noise coming from surrounding buildings. It’s a residential complex with strict rules for entering, noise, and using the amenities. I wouldn’t recommend it. Residents I spoke with said there had been robberies inside the building.

They market it as a hotel, but it’s really apartments, and access to some parts of the building is restricted. The people living there were very rude. My belongings were stolen twice during my week-long stay, and I definitely wouldn’t come back.
