The beds were comfortable, and the hotel is in a great spot on the main street, within walking distance of the beach. There's a kitchen and tables in the shared area, plus a balcony with its own table and chairs. They provide free drinking water. Lupita welcomed us with such a good attitude that it felt like they were truly happy to have us there. Parking is inside the building under a roof, so the car stays secure and doesn't overheat. I highly recommend this hotel.

We spent the past week in Chacala, and Rosie and Lupita were incredibly helpful with everything. The room was spotless, the beds very comfortable, and they brought extra pillows when we asked. The car was fully secure, and the internet was great. It's a lovely location, just a short walk to the beach and good restaurants. I'd definitely stay again.

We're in room 6, which looks out over the hotel pool and the ocean. The place is rustic and basic, but exceptionally clean, with good WiFi, AC, and a mini fridge. We paid 850 pesos, and so far it's exceeded what I expected for that price. The access road is being worked on, so we couldn't come straight to the hotel. Lupita came to meet us at the door, then walked us to the room and showed us how everything worked. She's very friendly.

I've visited hotel Casa chacala a few times and have always enjoyed my stay. Rossy and Lupita are consistently kind and helpful. Chacala is a small, quaint town, but it has what you need for a nice visit. I sometimes keep quiet about my favorite places so they stay secret, but I really do love this spot.

This was such a relaxing vacation. The owners made us feel like family, and Valentin and Lupita made coffee every morning and helped us with everything. Our clean room had a refrigerator, air conditioning, and a balcony overlooking the ocean. We also cooked fresh fish we'd bought at the local marina using the cooking facilities in the lobby area overlooking the pool. The whole experience was amazing.
