Kerpis Las Palmas

The rooftop pool was clean and a lovely place to unwind after being out, and we felt safe and secure throughout our stay. Someone also came to clean the condo halfway through, which was a nice extra. The complex has free Wi-Fi and a handy text service for getting free drinking water delivered. We stayed in a two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo that matched the listing. It was clean, comfortable, and adequately equipped. One bedroom had its own bathroom, while the other used a separate one. The location was excellent for the price, with an easy walk to lively 5th Avenue, the free public beach, grocery stores, restaurants, and coffee shops. We had a fantastic stay and wouldn’t hesitate to return.

If you want a quiet place to rest, this isn’t it. There was a lot of noise from construction right behind and beside the condo. A nearby hotel also had very loud music at its rooftop pool all day, sometimes continuing late into the night. A new live music bar has opened close by as well, which adds to the noise.

The room itself was nice and clean, and the location is great, but the place didn’t seem well managed. The pool had algae throughout, and bird droppings covered the edges and railings for our entire stay. Check-in and checkout were also handled poorly. I might stay again if the pool area were cleaned every day. I’ve attached photos of the bird mess around and in the pool.

We’d happily come back. The condo was beautiful, clean, and spacious, and it was easy to walk to the beach, 5th Avenue, and other spots.
