The service was great, and breakfast had fresh fruit and... I enjoyed staying here because it's within walking distance of the Galaries, restaurants, and shopping centers. Bring your own towels, though. The hotel ones are very old, and they don't provide face cloths.

We look forward to coming back whenever we're in the area. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the well-kept hotel always has a fresh, welcoming smell. Bruno and Gina at the breakfast buffet are amazing and go out of their way for guests. There are more choices than at any other HIE we've visited in the US or Mexico. We love this hotel and highly recommend this location.

We had a great four-day stay, thanks to Jose and the rest of the team. Jose works the afternoon shift, always greeted me, and went out of his way to help me find the particular tequila and vanilla on my shopping list. Everyone was incredibly polite and professional. The hotel is very nice, and there's good dining in the same strip. Thanks, Jose.

Pre-assigned rooms, apparently, and mine had no refrigerator for my insulin. I was put next to my coworker too, and we see each other enough already. It felt like customers were being treated as numbers instead of guests. I was one person, so why give me two beds? I hope a family arriving late doesn't need a room with two beds. Great 🤦♂️
