The rooms are lovely for a romantic escape, and each one has a small private pool. Ours also had a huge bathtub. The water was a comfortable temperature, not warm but not cold, and the whole place felt very peaceful. We were greeted by no one when we first arrived, but after that the staff were attentive, and there was a bottle waiting in our room. It's a small place, only around 4 or 5 rooms, so it fills quickly. I'd recommend it to couples, but not families or solo travelers. It feels a bit out of the way, so bring food or plan to eat in Chapala or Ajijic. We chose delivery, which some places offer. The price seemed fair for the area and the room quality.

Not worth the price, and I won't be back. There were way too many mosquitoes, the shower head was badly clogged, and the bathroom door locks from the outside. Why?
