We felt very welcome even though we don't speak Spanish. The staff were kind and gracious, and held our bags after checkout so we could explore more of the city. The hotel is right on the main square, with a lovely pool and a good restaurant that seems to stay open all day. Our room was clean and the shower had good pressure.

The staff were very friendly, and both breakfast and dinner at Zoque Bar were great. I liked the stylish hotel and the nice rooms, and the pool was cool. There was safe parking on the street.

It looked just like the pictures and was easy to get around on foot. Thanks to the front desk for keeping our bags while we were out for the day, although they were left sitting under a table.
