The Beach Tulum Hotel

Every person we met was friendly and helpful, and their restaurant and shopping recommendations were excellent. We had fun from beginning to end, and all the restaurants on the property were great. We stayed in the vanilla loft and really enjoyed its hot tub. Some outlets weren’t working properly, so bring extra chargers. We told the staff, and hopefully they’ll fix the issue soon. I’d absolutely stay here again.

We spent five nights here for our honeymoon, and the room was clean and comfortable. The staff were all so friendly and accommodating, checking in during the trip to see how they could make our stay better. Aldo and David, the bellboys, were our favorites, so sweet to us. Thanks for everything! We also loved having breakfast delivered each morning before heading out. The food at Frescos and Ziggy was great, too.

The location was ideal, within walking distance of nearly everything we wanted to do. Staff were attentive, the rooms and food were great, and we loved the complimentary spa sauna, steam room, and plunge pools. We also had a great yoga day. The beach club was the weak spot. The chairs and beds weren’t comfortable and had no headrests, and there was no music. We had to find the servers ourselves to get service. We ended up walking to other hotels for a better beach experience. Everything else was excellent.

It wasn’t the fanciest hotel I’ve stayed in, but it may be my favorite. The grounds were clean, peaceful, and well maintained, and the staff were kind and always ready to help. Our room was spotless each day, with good privacy and easy access to the beach. The location made it easy to walk to nightlife, bars, shops, and restaurants. Breakfast at both restaurants was generous and exceptionally delicious. We really didn’t want to leave, and when we return to tulum beach, we wouldn’t choose anywhere else.
