The room was extremely cold and below basic. This isn’t really a hotel, but a former low cost condominium with a few rooms rented out. The people at the so called reception were friendly and helpful, which earns it three stars.

Our room was basic and a bit bare in places, but it was clean and spacious, and the firm mattress supported my back well. The WiFi worked nicely, a welcome change after a week in Copper Canyon with little or poor WiFi and data. The staff were pleasant and checked each morning whether we wanted the room cleaned. Plaza de Armas is just a very short walk away. My only small suggestion is a hook in the bathroom for towels. We were comfortable and had no other complaints.

We had a good experience here. The rooms were clean and roomy, there was secure parking, and the attentive staff provided good service. It’s well placed downtown, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby.

The people working here were rude. A horrible experience.
