The first room was still dirty, and its AC and TV didn’t work. They did let me switch rooms and check in a little early, which was the nicest thing they did. I had to carry all my luggage upstairs while holding my baby, with my daughter walking beside me, and nobody offered to help. Then the power went out in the middle of the night. They said there’d been an “accident,” but five minutes after I complained and asked for my money back, the power came on. I don’t think there was actually an accident. I think they may be trying to save money and lying about what’s happening. The service was terrible. This is by far the worst hotel I’ve stayed in, and I’ve stayed in many. Don’t let the reviews or photos fool you. Don’t stay here.

I booked through hotels.com and paid extra for extra guests so their breakfasts would be included. At check-in, the woman in charge said my payment only covered breakfast for adults and that I’d have to pay for the kids’ meals too. We had rooms 101, 102, and 104. The TV and mini split in 104 didn’t work, and the AC in 101 was out. The water in all the rooms was only warm, not hot as it should be. The floors were dirty and outdated, and the train passes right beside the hotel, honking loudly four times during the night, so sleeping was difficult. I’d never stay here again.
