The bartender was the bright spot, really friendly and made great drinks. The room was unbearably hot when we arrived, the bed was uncomfortable, and there was no soap in the shower once I was already wet. When I put the bath mat down, I found someone else's hair on it.

The modern rooms and the overall concept are good, but the service was really bad. We waited 45 minutes for our room, and there was no room service. At the bar around 6pm, they had no cold beer, and the restaurant was out of cheese when we ordered pizza. We asked for a receipt when leaving and are still waiting for it since May. The young students working there seemed unsure of what they were doing. Sorry, but I won't stay again.

The rooms are really comfortable and the hotel is great. Isabel at the restaurant gave excellent service. And try the fries, they have a special flavor that's hard to stop eating.

A good hotel, though you might have to wait a while for check-in, check-out, or a meal.

The interior design is great and the place is comfortable. Some of the furniture could use a bit more cleaning.
