We'd been booked since the day before, but when we got back from a wedding around midnight, there was nowhere to park. Semi trucks were taking up three or four spaces each. The receptionist didn't offer any help, and nothing got sorted out. We asked for a refund for the night, or even a discount, and got neither. When I asked to speak to a manager, I was told she couldn't do anything or call anyone. Poor service. They refused to help, and I don't recommend this hotel.

We keep choosing this hotel because the quality is good for the price. The rooms feel cozy and modern, and they're clean. The staff are attentive and focused on guests, and made us feel very welcome. I'd definitely recommend it.

I arrived late and there was nobody at the front desk.

It's so noisy here that getting any rest seems impossible, like furniture is being moved all the time. The rooms are tiny, too. The bathroom door handle never worked, so the door wouldn't close. I asked for shampoo for two days and it never came. I also tried to get an extra bottle of water, either free or by buying one, but had no luck.
