I absolutely love staying here, it feels like my second home. The beds are incredibly comfortable, the rooms and bathrooms are spacious, and there's a hot shower. Breakfast and complimentary water are a nice bonus, and the service is exceptional. You can walk to the centre, with taquerias, a supermarket, OXXO, doctors, a dentist, and a pharmacy nearby. Just wonderful.

The receptionist was caring and did a great job helping us find somewhere else to stay, even though it was around midnight. The owner, though, had personally confirmed in writing that we had a room for two nights, then told us on arrival there was no space and no way we could stay. He had no solution for us.

There’s no sign on the outside, so make sure you text the owner before you arrive and when you get there. He’s very nice and speaks excellent English. The hotel itself is clean, charming, and an easy walk to centro, the Cholula Museum, and Pyramid. A big, beautiful local mercado nearby has just about everything. Cholula is really cool, and I can’t wait to return.

The staff were lovely, and the room was gorgeous, with a huge, comfy bed. The location is great, close to the centre but still quiet, except for the church next door setting off rockets. Highly recommend!
