Wi-Fi was the one problem: the signal barely reached my room, though it got better around the pool. Otherwise, the accommodations and pool were great, and the staff were very friendly. That was quite different from earlier reviews saying people had been treated badly, so I guess they’ve changed staff. I brought my dog and had no trouble. I’d definitely recommend the place. Hopefully they add Wi-Fi extenders to strengthen the signal.

The staff gave good service and eventually refunded my money. It took about an hour to sort things out after I found bed bugs and asked for either a different room or a refund. There was also a lot of dirt under the beds, which made it seem like the rooms aren’t cleaned properly.

The little things added up to a disappointing stay. They charged me extra for toilet paper, and although there’s a kitchen area with pool tables, eating there isn’t allowed. They explained that in a dismissive way, when a sign would have been better. The morning staff were friendly, but the afternoon team left a lot to be desired. When I came back that evening, they wouldn’t open the parking lot, so I had to leave my car on the street. I went out to check whether they had a space, but they couldn’t be bothered.

The staff provided excellent service. They also have charging stations for electric cars, including Teslas.
