Right in the center, so the location is excellent. The room had an old box TV with poor reception, and it didn't work. There isn't any parking, either.

You can reserve ahead and pay with cash or card, and getting in with the modern electronic key cards is convenient. Rooms come as singles or doubles, with air conditioning, cable TV, Wi-Fi, closets, and parking. The bath towels were very basic and not good quality.

The staff were excellent, almost outstanding, and the rooms had air conditioning, which matters when it can get above 35°C (95°F). They’re basic rooms, just as expected, though, and the place feels very simple. The location is handy, near the central market, the Malecón (boardwalk), and the local hospital. Still, the competitor two blocks away charges the same and has a swimming pool, so this hotel doesn’t make much of its location. The price online was higher than the rate at the hotel, which is ironic since I found it through comparison sites. It wasn’t full, so it could work in an emergency, but the competition is clearly ahead.
