The front desk woman was helpful, and the price was good. The room, though, smelled bad, and both the bathroom and carpet were dirty. The curtains were falling apart, dirty, and didn’t give any privacy. One pillow had no cover. Part of the ceiling was coming down by the entrance, and there was a pretty bad hole in the A.C.

Don Sergio, the owner, and the whole staff were super nice and helpful. Breakfast was included for free, which is hard to beat at this price. Good hotel for the money. Thanks for everything, from Gustavo y Maira de Florida :)

Hotel Flamingo is in a quiet, central area, with plenty of places to eat nearby. The beds were comfortable, sheets clean, rooms well put together, and the A.C. was quiet and kept everything cool all day. There’s free Wi-Fi and a big flat-screen TV. Each morning they served delicious homemade breakfast with coffee or orange juice. The receptionists and other staff were always kind, answered questions, and gave directions. They even offered my husband free rides to and from the consulate for his medical exams and interview, plus a ride to his biometrics appointment, which was very convenient and much appreciated. If you need anything, just dial 0 and the front desk answers. The older woman in the kitchen was especially kind. I’m still here but will be leaving soon, and I’ll miss it. I’ll definitely tip her before I go. Thank you, Hotel Flamingo and its staff. Hope to see you guys soon!

The included breakfast was really good. Everything else was great too, except our toilet leaked. I stayed there for two weeks and nobody fixed it.
