10/10
Jorge Marta made us feel comfortable by treating us in such a familiar way. Thank you to him, and to Joseline Salas and Rosario Ronquillo as well. The front desk staff knew their stuff and gave us suggestions about the best places in town to visit and see. I was impressed with the hotel’s quality. The beds can be moved to clean underneath, there’s no carpet, and room service was excellent.

It was a very cold day in Cuidad Juárez today, 31December2025, and I couldn’t get the heat to turn on! I nearly gave the place one star. The rooms did seem nice and comfortable otherwise.

The place is nice and quiet, with a good TV program, pleasant surroundings, and very nice rooms. The pool was the reason I took off a star: there seemed to be too much chlorine, and we didn’t even try swimming. The strong smell as soon as we entered the room made breathing difficult and brought on allergies. I’d recommend treating the pool and improving ventilation. The water container in the gym was also missing its handle, so I couldn’t get water from it. The main entrance is bad, though nothing is perfect in this world. Maybe the hotel could coordinate with the others to build a better access road. Even with those issues, it’s a great place to stay, and I’d give the rooms five stars.

The location was the main plus for us, and the area was actually pretty quiet. The room itself felt dated, and the old mattress was so hard, with a big dip right in the middle.

6/10
The room was roomy, the AC worked well, the food tasted good, and housekeeping came each day. There were only three gym machines, including a treadmill and spin bike, and no free weights. The biggest problem was an occasional sewage smell reaching the room and bathroom. Someone staying in another room mentioned it too, so it didn’t seem limited to my room.
