The staff were mostly inattentive and rude, and the rooms were old and dirty. The furniture looked like airloome furniture. After I got my key and stepped into the room, I came right back out and asked for a refund because the conditions were uninhabitable. They refused, saying there was no way to refund a credit card purchase once I’d entered the room. I was told I could stay or leave, but either way I wouldn’t get my money back.

There’s plenty of food nearby, and parking is available. The service was really pleasant. The rooms are okay for the price, and it works as a last minute resort if you’re near downtown. The location is a plus.

We always pay like everyone else staying there, but somehow we’re made to feel like we’re the ones in the wrong. People want to stop by and say hi, and the old man at the front desk charges us extra so they can visit. This time was the last straw. We’re done dealing with him and won’t stay here again. Find a different hotel.

The place is dirty and the quality is very poor. The guy at the front desk is very rude. If I could, I’d give this place no stars at all!

The restaurant was good, but the air conditioner was very noisy. The hotel needs a lot of maintenance.
