Hotel Tres Soles

The staff tried to justify the problems instead of apologizing, and there are so many signs saying DO NOT DO this or you'll be charged a $1000 mxn fee. This hotel needs a lot of improvement in every area, and I do not recommend it at all. I was unhappy with my stay at this so-called hotel. It felt like a cheap roadside motel, unpleasant and hostile, as if all they cared about was our money. The place was under construction, and workers above us were hammering and using some kind of vibrating equipment early in the morning, when we had planned to sleep in. A few rooms away, an event kept us awake for much of the night. People came and went, yelling across the pool, and dogs were barking early in the morning too. It felt like living in a Projects area, and the experience was terrible. The Wi-Fi kept cutting out, the TV had no signal, and the bathroom smelled terrible. The beds and sheets felt wayyyy used. The AC remote had old batteries and was difficult to use.
