10/10
The rooms were spacious and very clean, and everyone was extremely attentive. I've rarely had service this good at a hotel. It's also in a very convenient spot, close to the IMSS (Mexican Social Security Institute) and Laguna del Nainari.

The outdoor area was clean, the price was good, and the staff were friendly. My room was simple but roomy and clean, and it felt reassuring to stay there. The mattress and pillows were very small, though, and I'd change them.

Everything was very clean, and the welcome was friendly. The beds were fairly comfortable, too.
