OYO Hotel Suites San Fernando

The location is really good, which makes the condition of the place all the more disappointing. My room was dusty, the bathroom was dirty, the carpet looked as though it had never been vacuumed, and there was a cigarette smell. Being an older hotel doesn't explain why it was so unclean. The price may be affordable, but that doesn't make the filth acceptable. I rarely leave reviews, but I felt this needed to be said. I can't recommend it.

I'd never recommend this place. I came hoping to rest and be treated well, but the welcome was only somewhat friendly, and the service at checkout was awful. The woman who helped me, around 60 and wearing glasses, treated me disgustingly. I didn't want to ask more about her, but she seemed to have no customer service training. She didn't bill me properly, charged what she wanted, and even tried to insult me. This place stinks.

For a budget hotel, it was really dirty. The parking area also had no security, not even video surveillance. There's a lot they could improve.

For an affordable place, this is one of the better options I've tried. The staff were warm and friendly, and the property felt lovely, welcoming, and very well cared for.
