It’s a basic hotel, and it isn’t in centro, so you have to go 5 km for good restaurants. The room was clean and comfortable for an overnight stay.

The cable service was down, and the room had cockroaches and other bugs. I wouldn't be surprised if the mattresses had mites or bedbugs, either. Since it's beside a hospital, I understand why people might stay here, but I'd still look for a cleaner place. Honestly, sleeping in the car sounds better. LOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE.

There isn't much provided here: no remotes for the TV or air conditioning, and no towels, soap, or toilet paper. The service was poor, too. Other hotels have these basics for just a few pesos more, but being close to the hospital leaves you with little choice.

For what they charge, the facilities should be a lot better. The room had bedbugs and no internet, blankets, toilet paper, or hot water. Service was terrible, and they kept my VAT without giving me a receipt. 🛜

The location was the one good thing about our stay. Our room had two anthills, the beds were dirty, and both the bathroom and flooring were awful. Cleanliness was basically nonexistent. Staff seemed indifferent and inefficient, though they would listen when we complained.
