The room was clean and tidy enough, and they let us switch rooms after a morning of AC and construction noise. Make sure you get a quiet, working room. For us, all the little problems added up and made it hard to feel comfortable, even if I could have put up with a few on their own. The mattress was uncomfortable, the main light made an electrical noise, and the bedside lamp had no bulb. Water pressure was low, and after a shower the bathroom was wet right up to the door. We asked to keep the soap and towels, but they replaced them every day anyway. A leaking AC upstairs made a metallic noise at ours. The construction next door and a neighbor's dog barking all morning weren't the hotel's fault, but added to the trouble. Two stars because it was clean enough and they moved us.

It's one of the cheapest places around, so it could work if that's what you're after. The rooms are okay, but nothing great. The TV is old, and there's no parking.

The employees were great, and I had no problems during my stay. It's near downtown, and the food stands are amazing. I recommend it to others, and I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in town.

It's a nice little hotel with comfortable rooms and good options. A good place to stay in Ciudad Valles.

The location is good, and both cleanliness and service were good. The hotel is older, though, and the rooms are a bit worn. There was only one usable electrical outlet, and the mattresses were bad.
