The location is great, very close to the center. My room was clean and comfortable, and I had a good experience. I'd recommend it 😊✨️

I didn't spend a single night at Huasteca EM Suites (Cd. Valles): there were cockroaches, no ventilation, and the place was locked because the key was lost. I booked through Booking.com, and the accommodation first promised to cancel, then claimed it hadn't received payment. A Booking.com agent, Brenda, confirmed that it had been paid. Booking.com knows what happened and acknowledged that the provider is lying, but still won't refund the $4,287.33 MXN I paid for a service I never received. I've filed a complaint with PROFECO (the Mexican Federal Consumer Protection Agency). This is unethical business practice. The room itself was fine, but the service was awful. There wasn't any toilet paper, shampoo, or soap. When I called reception, they said nobody was there and I'd have to wait until 9 pm. Was I supposed to stay in the bathroom for two hours? Parking is on the street, or you have to walk two blocks to reach another spot.

I liked the location, and they gave us a list of restaurants and tours. The room was excellent and had a refrigerator and microwave. There was no parking, though, and the bathroom smelled strongly of sewage. Reception was a bit slow, and the internet was very poor.
