Every night was excessively noisy, and the staff did nothing about it.

The building feels a bit old, but it still works fine. My room was comfortable, the bed was good, and breakfast was great. There’s parking too. Since Ciudad Victoria is a small city, you can get around quickly, and the hotel is right in the heart of it. I gave it four stars because I had nothing to complain about.

We found this place at the last minute and it turned out to be a great choice. The continental breakfast was delicious, and Carlos Baez took great care of us. The stay was really comfortable.

The room was clean, breakfast was nice, and the bed was super comfortable. The AC was great and quiet, too. Ciudad Victoria is only a 3.5 hour drive from the Brownsville border. Highly recommended!

The room on the clean third floor had a comfortable bed and excellent pillows. I thought the 26 inch Samsung television was small for the room, and room service was slow bringing my Victorian salad, which cost $142 pesos. Still, I think it's a good place to stay. The continental buffet was delicious, especially the Mexican flag chilaquiles, chorizo, potatoes, and beans.
