The rooms were clean and comfortable, and parking and Wi-Fi are available. It’s in a commercial area, prices are affordable, and I’d recommend it.

The pool was still full of dead bugs at 11 a.m., with too much chlorine, and it didn't look properly cleaned. In the room, there were cockroaches, a urine smell, a dirty bathroom, and hair on the sheets when we opened them. I returned for my glasses and saw they'd made the beds with the same sheets we'd used. They hadn't changed them. At $800 pesos, even for a mid-range place, paying that much for an itch is unacceptable. They need to improve.

The dining room was tiny and very dirty, and the so-called breakfast wasn't appealing. The facilities in general are basic and dated. My room had dirty walls and light switches, a damp bathroom, and no toilet seat, which is essential for a woman. The lock on the door felt so flimsy that anyone could kick it in. If you want the room cleaned, you have to leave your key at reception. The price may be low, but cleanliness is still something you can expect.

I absolutely wouldn't recommend staying here. The pool was disgusting and the pillows were old, and the service was no help. I left a bag with chargers and headphones between the mattress and bed, which are both terrible. It was my mistake, but the items could be tracked. When I called, they wouldn't tell me anything about the bag, then finally admitted they had it after I said it was trackable. They also initially refused to send my invoice. I had to press them, and they eventually sent it reluctantly through WhatsApp.
