The coffee tastes watered down, and the food isn't good either. The restaurant was really awful.

The facilities might be acceptable, but the service was terrible. When I was about to rent a room, staff gave it to someone who arrived after me, then ignored the people already waiting and said, "I already gave the room to the other person." That was disrespectful and unprofessional. Reception was poor, and the staff need proper customer service training. There aren't many rooms, the space is tight, and the parking lot was dark and dirty. A very bad experience.

The only thing that gets in the way of relaxing here is the dogs in a house on the property. They bark constantly. The staff who served us were friendly, though, and every stay has been a good one. It's clean, pleasant, central, and affordable, and we've been given the room we like. I'd recommend it.

Housekeeping was excellent, and the room was clean and tidy. Still, I slept badly because dogs living in one of the hotel rooms made noise day and night. The room had poor ventilation and very high humidity. I was told that's normal in this city. The bedside lamps didn't work, and the curtains wouldn't open. There was confusion about the hairdryer. I was told over the phone there would be one in the room, but there wasn't. They eventually gave me a weak one, so I bought one at a store. They did help sort out my Wi-Fi. On request, management also provided an ironing board, an iron, and hangers. I want to be clear that this negative review isn't meant as an insult or personal animosity toward management. I stayed here exactly a year ago and enjoyed it, which is why I came back. The bathroom had mold on the walls and ceiling, rust, and poor ventilation, with just a small window and no extractor fan. One morning there was no hot water. They said the gas had run out and I had to wait 15 minutes. The faucet handle came loose in my hand, and I had to wash in a puddle of water and soap in the shower. The clothes rack is in the bathroom, so my clothes got damp. I had diarrhea after breakfast. Maybe that was my fault, but it was my last free breakfast here. The place needs significant improvements, and I suspect the conditions are unsanitary. I hope this review helps.
