The interior parking lot is a little cramped. I had a pickup truck and found the small spaces tricky, though a regular-sized car should have no trouble. I stopped here for two nights during my solo trip through Mexico from Belize to the USA, and it was a pleasant stay. The room was quiet, clean, and comfortable. The food was delicious, much better than I expected, and the friendly staff were welcoming and happy to help. I’d highly recommend it, especially to tired travelers.

This is a huge hotel with lots of rooms. I chose it mostly based on the name, without knowing all the details. It was a bit pricey, and my room was small, but it worked well enough. The service was great. There was a leak and water on the floor, but maintenance responded quickly and moved me to another room right away. Natalie, the evening receptionist, was a gem, though I never got the beer she mentioned. The coffee in the restaurant was shockingly bad, as bad as the one at the OXXO next door. It was very watered down and cost 40 pesos, compared with 12 pesos at OXXO. I think the waiter felt embarrassed, and they ended up giving me the coffee for free. The manager was very sweet and offered to make me another cup for the road. It’s a good place to stay, especially if they can make better coffee at a competitive price.
