For a cheap stay, it's a good option. The rooms are small and basic, with no fridge or microwave, but they are clean, the drains work, and there's no bad smell. It's quiet, without strange noises or bothersome people, and the person running the place is very friendly. Getting someone to open the gate can be a little difficult in the mornings and evenings, but they give you a number to call and someone always answers.

We felt calm and safe throughout our stay, and the facilities were excellent. Everyone on staff gave great service. We left our key inside the room once, and they helped us sort it out quickly. When we asked for a chair, they brought one without hesitation. It was a very pleasant stay.

The person handling WhatsApp was terrible to deal with. They first quoted me $700 for four people, then changed it to $1400. Five minutes later they admitted they had made a pricing mistake, and right after that said they were fully booked. It seemed clear they were trying to rip me off. I'll file a complaint with Profeco (Mexico's consumer protection agency).

It's simple and very affordable, but also really clean. The young man who helped us was friendly. Being able to park at the foot of the stairs and walk straight up to our room made the place feel especially welcoming. The bed was clean and comfortable, and with air conditioning and hot water it was great for a quiet, comfortable night. The only downside is being right by the highway, where the cars and trucks can get annoying at times. Otherwise, I highly recommend it.
