The pool and water slide were great, and I enjoyed them. The food was good too, and I ate most of my meals there. My family tried the golf course and described it as an upgraded mini golf course with just nine holes. I didn't use it myself. The suite had steps up to the bathroom area and one down into the shower, which could be a concern for someone with limited mobility. It wasn't a problem for me. The entrance was a little hard to spot in the dark, but we had no other problems. Staff were friendly and helpful from check-in. Lobby staff spoke English, though some waiters didn't; it wasn't an issue for us, but knowing some Spanish helps.

The tennis court could use lights for evening games, which was the only downside. There's golf with basic equipment available at the hotel, and the team provided really good service. The place is beautiful, with large rooms, some with a modern bathtub and TV. With fewer rooms, the hotel team gave us great support and a sense of exclusivity.

You'll need a car since the local attractions are far away. The suites are comfortable, the facilities are good, and the staff are excellent. The food is tasty and reasonably priced, and they offer full board. A very relaxing place.

The receptionist and chef did a wonderful job. The receptionist opened the gate, checked us in, and carried our things to the room; the chef took our order, cooked, and served us. The room and golf course were clean, the massage program was good, and the mini golf was fun, with carts available to rent. There wasn't much to do besides golf, and some things weren't working. The lights kept going out while we ate inside, and the garden fountain had a pool of dirty water. The fountain inside the hotel was creepy while we dined. The swimming pool was dirty, and my husband developed skin rashes, so we got out. There were too many mosquitos, so bring bug spray. The hotel didn't have enough staff, and everything we asked for, including food and towels, took a long time. They need more staff to run things properly; everyone has too much to do. It's an okay place to visit with friends if you love golf, but I wouldn't recommend staying with a young child. My four-year-old had a really hard time waiting for the food.
