9 Estrellas Hotel

The staff were pleasant, but the lack of cleanliness made this stay unacceptable for us. The rooms were dirty, the towels weren't clean, and the bedding smelled bad and had insects in it. The Wi-Fi in our room also didn't work. We ended up moving to another hotel, so I can't recommend this place.

Parking is available only between 8 p.m. and 8 a.m. The internet was very slow, and there was no hot water.

The hotel is in a really good location, but we couldn't put up with the awful smell from the comforters, sheets, and pillows. It didn't seem like the sheets were being changed, so we had to take the towels and sheets off the bed. I really expected the sheets to at least be clean.

The bathroom was new and very clean, and the rest of the room was great. The hotel itself is modern, quite new, and really nice. The bed was comfortable, though I was surprised at how badly it had been made: the mattress protector and fitted sheet were both very wrinkled. Our skin also got very itchy, and we checked several times for bugs.
