The atmosphere is calm and relaxed, a bit like being in Japan, and the employees are very friendly. I also loved the Japanese toilets with bidets and heated seats. The gym is great for a full workout.

We stayed in Juriquilla, with shops, restaurants, and medical centers all nearby, and the price felt reasonable for the quality. The Japanese-inspired design is lovely, and the hotel is modern and really comfortable. There’s a big pool between the towers, with a raised seating area and easy access to the lobby lounge and gym. Our room was quiet and had everything we needed to rest well. The staff were polite and attentive. I’d recommend it for a business trip or a vacation.

The bed was hard, and the pillows were about half the size of a normal one. When we tried to watch TV, it didn’t work. Maintenance came twice and said it was too old, then promised a replacement that never arrived. They kept sending people to look at it, which took hours and still fixed nothing. The manager wouldn’t offer a discount and wasn’t accommodating. We’d thought the hotel and its people seemed nice when we arrived.

We had a nice vacation here, and the showers and toilet were a highlight. The pool was lovely at night, and the Japanese-inspired look gives the hotel an inviting feel, like an oasis in QRO. Service and cleanliness were excellent. Having lived in Japan, I found the restaurant just average, especially for the high prices at a hotel. It could use some improvement.
