The colonial building has a lovely terrace with city views, and my room was roomy, quiet, clean, and comfortable. The hot water was good too. Wi-Fi didn't reach my room, though, and I thought the price was a little high.

A friendly, helpful staff made adjustments to the included breakfast for our dietary needs. The hotel is close to many of Queretaro's sights and has the same colonial feel as much of the city. It could use some attention to the details to make it a great place to stay.

The rooftop terrace is a really comfy place to relax and take in the city view. The rooms are a bit small and get hot, but the place is comfortable.

The room was fine, clean, and neat, and the staff were kind and professional. The hallways are narrow, though, and can get noisy at times.

After we'd stayed here with pets many times, they told us, without warning, that pets weren't allowed, only after we'd paid for the room. They also wouldn't refund what we'd paid. I'd mark this hotel as a place not to stay in Queretaro. For your information, there's no A.C.
