Room 200 on the second floor was spacious, with two double beds, a big window, a wardrobe, plenty of storage, and a TV. There was no air conditioning, but the room cools off overnight. I used the fan in the afternoon and before bed. A bedside lamp for evening reading would be a nice addition. The room Wi-Fi was a little weak, and paying by card was complicated, so I paid cash. The double room costs 700 MXN, and I suggest booking through their own website rather than other hotel sites. I loved the relaxed, quiet atmosphere at Terraza del Jardin. I didn't see any other guests during my two nights there. It's on the edge of the city center, about a 10 minute walk to the main square and 5 minutes from the boulevard. The garden is beautifully designed and green, and breakfast there was lovely. I enjoyed watching the sunrise and sunset from the balcony and listening to the birds early in the morning. Ana and Oscar were so helpful and attentive, and fun to spend time with. I haven't laughed that much in a while. They made me feel welcome, and I got a complimentary bottle of water each day.
