The rates I saw in May 2019 already included tax: 950 pesos for a standard room or 1200 for a suite, with two guests covered. A third person could share the room for another 150 pesos, up to three guests total. This is a beautiful, elegant hotel in Comitán. Two suites have mini-fridges and working jacuzzis; the third suite's jacuzzi was broken. There wasn't a restaurant at the hotel at the time, so getting a meal meant taking a taxi elsewhere in Comitán.

The bed was firm and comfortable, and the room had air conditioning. The jacuzzi tub and shower were huge. There wasn't coffee in the room, though you could get some downstairs. It's about a ten-minute taxi ride to el centro, where most of the nice restaurants are. A pleasant stay, with modern, clean surroundings and friendly people.

The neighborhood was quiet, with very little noise. The building used to be a large private home, and the room was a good size. Parking on site is limited to just a few cars, but people can park along the surrounding sidewalks. I did that one day when I couldn't find a space and had no security problems. From what I could tell, it seemed safe.
