The location is good, it's clean, and the price is good too. It feels like the place has potential, but some small fixes would make it more comfortable. The pillows are really thin and the mattress is very hard. There's no toilet paper holder or soap dispenser in the shower, and the bathroom gets completely wet when you shower. In some rooms there's no bathroom door or towel hooks, either. Those things may seem minor, but they do affect the stay.

Me pareció muy agradable el servicio, me atendieron bien. The hotel is in a perfect spot near the central park, so it’s an easy walk back after spending time there. I liked the rooms, especially the big window and little balcony. It could use more outlets, particularly by the beds.

The central location was the only thing I liked about this hotel. The rooms have nowhere to hang clothes and no table to work at. The TV signal is so bad you can't watch anything.

The staff are very attentive, and if you need information about something, they'll find it for you. The hotel is quite central, about two blocks from the central park, and has ample parking. It's affordable, but the rooms are basic and the beds aren't very comfortable. Cable and internet work perfectly. There’s no phone in the room or pool. Hot water is available on a schedule, though you can ask the staff to turn it on quickly.

I wouldn't recommend it. You have to give them 30 minutes' notice before using the bathroom if you want hot water, and they don't charge for the Internet. The pillows are ugly and dirty, and the room fans are old and dirty too. There's no ironing area, or even an iron at reception to borrow. They also don't send you your bills.
